Description of Services

• Our consulting and coaching services include digital marketing, website optimization, tech stack advice, and general business, technical, and marketing strategy. These services are billed hourly or as part of a program. 
• Our design and build services include creating websites, landing pages, logos, infographics, advertisements, and other marketing materials for clients. These services are billed with a flat fee or on an hourly basis. For flat fee projects, a 50% down payment is required upfront, and the remaining 50% is due upon completion.

Cancellation/Refunds

We understand that life happens, but we also expect a serious commitment from our clients to participate in the work. 

Consulting and Coaching Services: If an appointment must be rescheduled, please provide as much notice as possible, as another time slot may be available for the same week. If it cannot be rescheduled for the same week, the session time can be added to a future session that will be agreed upon by both parties. If an appointment is missed, and no prior notice is given, the session is considered used, and no additional time is added to future meetings, and no refund is given. If the Client has prepaid for coaching sessions and chooses to discontinue the relationship, they will be refunded for the unused sessions. 

Design and Build Work: The Client must come to meetings and provide requested materials by the date requested, otherwise, the time to complete the project will be delayed. While this may be fine for some clients, it can delay or negatively impact our projects with other clients who have been waiting for our availability. For this reason, we reserve the right to delay or discontinue the project with the Client if missed meetings, client tardiness, and/or missing information/materials negatively impact our ability to do the work on time. If the project is canceled (by the Client or by us) before completion, the Client will be billed for the amount of work that has been completed as of the date of cancellation. Deposits are non-refundable and will serve as equal to the minimum amount to be billed for design time. Websites will not be transferred to the Client until the bill is paid in full. Website maintenance packages will not be refunded.

Google Drive: To help us stay organized and avoid needing to email attachments back and forth, we will have a shared Google folder where you can upload any documents and media you’d like us to review. We will also be uploading templates, checklists, excel sheets, and other resources into our privately shared Google folder. 

Zoom Video Conferencing:  We conduct our coaching sessions via Zoom, and there may be instances in which we share our screen or ask you to share your screen so that we can review documents or websites together. For this reason, it’s best if you join from a desktop or laptop computer rather than a small mobile device. We can record and share sessions upon request. 

Mutual Non-Disclosure: We mutually recognize that we may discuss future plans, business affairs, customer lists, financial information, job information, goals, personal information, and other private information. We will not voluntarily communicate the Client’s personal or confidential information to a third party. In order to honor and protect our intellectual property, the Client likewise agrees not to reproduce or distribute any of our copyrighted materials without our permission. 

No Guarantee: The client acknowledges and agrees that we cannot guarantee the results or effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, services shall be executed in a professional manner and in accordance with good industry practice. Best efforts will be made, but no results are promised. 

Limitation of Liability: The client acknowledges and agrees that we will not be liable for any losses or damages, whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential, in profits, goods, or services, irrespective of whether or not the Client has been advised or otherwise might have anticipated the possibility of such loss or damage. 

Force Majeure: We shall be excused from any delay or failure in performance required hereunder if caused by reason of any occurrence or contingency beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of war, fire, insurrection, strikes, lock-outs or other serious labor disputes, riots, earthquakes, floods, explosions, or other acts of nature.
